1. ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY

These Conditions regulate the legal relationship derived from the purchase processes formalized by Users through the www.oliolim.com website. Users expressly accept full and unreserved adherence to these stipulations, in the version published by MAS BLANCH I JOVÉ, SLU at the time the User contracts the product in which they are interested. 3. PRICE

The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) depending on the product.

4. AVAILABILITY

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website and are always subject to availability.

We reserve the right to allocate a maximum number of bottles of each oil per customer. Assignments will be made in strict order of order receipt.

We usually only offer products that we have in stock. Within this framework, indications on the availability of the products will be provided at the time each order is processed.

In the event that the product is not available for the processing of an order, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by telephone of the delivery of only a part of his order and he may accept or cancel the order. In any case, the customer will receive a partial or full refund within a maximum period of 72 hours.

5. PAYMENT

Payment for the product will be made online with a VISA, MASTERCARD credit card or through the PAYPAL platform.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery to the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days.

Delivery to Canary Islands and other European countries 5-8 working days.

The products are sent to the address indicated by the customer during the order. In order to optimize delivery, we invite the buyer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In the event that the carrier tries to deliver the package to you and no one is there to receive it, he will leave a note stating the attempted delivery. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible using the telephone number on the note, in order to arrange a new delivery. If no one was there to receive it in this second delivery, it will leave a note again recording the second delivery attempt. From then on, your order will remain at the transport agency office for 15 days.

After these days have passed, your order will be returned to our shop. Once you receive your package, you must:

1. Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.

2. Point out any anomalies in the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.

3. Transport providers do not allow the return of the goods if the customer opens it in their presence, but they can check the box from the outside and if they detect that the box is damp or wet, do not accept the order.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Orders can be canceled free of charge until the moment the shipment takes effect. If we receive notice of cancellation after the package has already been shipped, it will be considered a refund. Returns can be made up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions.

It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition for further sale. It will not be possible to accept any package that does not have any of the identification elements of the sender (name, surname, address, order number).

The return of the requested products will lead to the reimbursement of the total amount paid by the user. The return cost will be borne by the user. Excluded from this case are those returns that derive from an error on our part or a defect in the product.
